June 4th & 11th, Mondays	FAIRLAWN LUTHERAN LEADERSHIP SEMINAR “Vision to Action” June 4th & 11th, 6 ~ 8:30 PM Brookwood Clubhouse Brookwood Road ~ Akron off Smith Rd. east of Sand Run Rd. All Staff, Officers, Team Members, Committee Members, and Leaders of FLC are urged to attend; all interested FLC members are welcome. Agenda Dinner Lessons from Micah Vision Statement Reviewed Best? Passionate? Values? Goals Reviewed/Revised Action Plans for FLC Team Agendas Reporting from Proverbs: “Without a vision, the people will perish”.
June 9th, Saturday	CAR WASHES ARE BACK!	Saturday, June 9, 23 & 30 at 9:00-1 PM. Lunch included. Bring sun block and be prepared to get wet!
June 9th, Saturday	FAIRLAWN LUTHERAN GOLF SCRAMBLE	At Chenoweth Golf Course, 3087 Chenoweth Road in Akron, just off 77 at Arlington Rd. Time will be either 1 or 2 PM. Stay tuned. Cost is $50 for 18 holes and a cart and a dinner! Dinner is at 6 PM. Proceeds to benefit our youth attending this summer’s National Youth Gathering in Orlando. Registration form is in this newsletter and can be picked up at the Welcome Center at church. Contact Earl Evans or Jeff Moeller for more information.
June 16th, Saturday	WHITEWATER RAFTING (Sr. Youth)	We leave at 7:30 AM and will return by 10 PM. We will raft the Lower Youghagheny at Ohiopyle State Park. Cost is $65 for transportation, rafting, and lunch!
June 20th, Wednesday	GEAUGA LAKE AMUSEMENT PARK (Sr. Youth)	Meet at church at 10 AM; we will return by 8 PM. Cost is $20. Med release and money is due. Sunday June 10. Those youth entering 6th grade are invited to join the fun!
June 23th, Saturday	CAR WASHES ARE BACK! Saturday, June 9, 23 & 30 at 9:00-1 PM. Lunch included. Bring sun block and be prepared to get wet!
