PRAYER VIGIL at FLC
In order to “bathe” the Call process in prayer, we will be sponsoring a Prayer Vigil (in the sanctuary): Friday, November 2 from 3 - 8 PM and Saturday, November 3, 9AM - 1 PM Please pray for Pastor Tom & Jennifer, for Fairlawn Lutheran and Ascension of Christ Lutheran Churches, our staff and leaders, and other requests from our congregation |

PANCAKE BREAKFAST is Sunday, November 4. Set up and preparation begins at 7:30 AM. We will serve till 12:30 PM. This is a fundraiser for our New Orleans mission trip. |

PINNACLE LOCK IN! is Friday, Nov. 9 at 10 PM till Saturday morning at 7 AM. Cost is $15. Doors lock at 11:15. Bring a 2 liter and snack to share. Sub sandwiches provided. You will receive a registration form in the mail. Any guests you invite must have your signature on their registration form. Questions see Jeff! |

| SALVATION ARMY RED KETTLE CAMPAIGN |
SALVATION ARMY RED KETTLE CAMPAIGN Believe it or not, the Christmas season is rapidly approaching. It’s time to ring the bells for the Annual Red Kettle Campaign. Fairlawn Lutheran is again participating in this very worthy and fun project. We have chosen Saturday November 10th at Summit Mall, and Thursday, December 6th at the ACME in Montrose. Both days are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and they are both INSIDE locations. What a wonderful way to kick off your Christmas holidays by helping out this fantastic Christian organization. All it takes is one hour of your time (but, you can certainly sign up for more if you would like). It’s even a great opportunity for families to spend quality time together! Sign-up sheets are on the Mission Tower close to the Welcome Center. Contact Linda Evans (330- 864-4238) if you need additional information. |

Red Cross Bloodmobile is from 1pm - 7pm at FLC.
Together we can save a life!
There will be a RED CROSS blood dive here at FLC on November 20, 1—7 PM. Please call Phyllis Woodward at 330-659-9071 or the church office, 330- 836-7286 if you are willing to be a blood donor.

3rd Annual
Fall/Winter program.

The preschool hosts its 3rd annual Fall/Winter program. Each class hosts a different night, on Monday, November 26th the 3 year old children will perform, on Tuesday, November 27th the 4 year old children will perform and on Thursday November 29th the PreK children will perform.
The night consists of three whole group songs, and individual class songs. We wrap up with Silent Night, all lights out, glow sticks and the handbells doing the song, with a slide show presentation of the lyrics.
Refreshments follow, all are welcome, but it will mainly be the families of the children enrolled. |
