March 7th-9th,
Friday-Sunday 		JR HI YOUTH GATHERING
at Saw Mill Creek is March 7-9. We leave at 4 PM from the church parking lot. Bring money for supper on Friday and lunch on Sunday. You will also need to bring a pair of scissors for a service project. See packing list distributed at confirmation.
March 11th,
Tuesday 		FOREVER YOUNG
Our March Program will feature The Copley High School Jazz Band. This musical group will entertain us at our first meeting of the 2008 New Year. Please come & join us for Lunch and the Program. Everybody is welcome! ! ! Lunch is catered and you will enjoy a good program. We gather at 11:30 AM for fellowship and eat at 12:00 PM. Make your reservations with Walt Johnson @ 330-864-8830.
March 15th,
Saturday		 FLC EASTER EGG HUNT
WILL BE HELD COME RAIN OR SNOW! (CHECK BACK FOR EVENT STATUS)
This is the date for the annual FLC Easter Egg Hunt. Registration will begin at 1pm. The afternoon’s festivities will begin with the Easter story about 1:30 PM with refreshments, face painting and crafts to follow. Every child will get one ticket when they register which can be used in the drawing of one of ten different Easter baskets. The egg hunt is the high point of the afternoon for many of the younger children and will take place outdoors at 3 PM. Plan now to attend. The event is for children preschool to 10 years and is free of charge. If you would like to help with the event, call Tom Strachan at 330 666-5924.

SKI RETREAT
at Holiday Valley. Ski, board or blade the slopes of Holiday Valley, NY at noon – 8 PM. Our trip includes night skiing, lodging, a heated indoor pool and lunch at Quaker Steak & Lube. We leave Saturday, March 15 at 8 am and return Sunday by 3 PM. Cost varies, so read carefully the registration form. Forms were mailed and are available at church. Completed forms and full payment are due Wednesday, March 5th.
March 18th, Tuesday SERVING LUNCH AT OPEN M
10 AM - 2 PM. We can always use new “preparer-servers.” That means, buy the food (budgeted), bring it to OPEN M, cook it, serve it to approximately 150 hungry people, clean up, and do the dishes! And, we need approximately 13 dozen cookies (non-budget) please donate! No experience necessary! Sign up on the sheet on the Mission Tower for preparing/serving and/or furnishing cookies. Thank you.
