		Karla McDivitt karla.mcdivitt@fairlawnlutheran.org Preschool Director Karla's Bachelor’s degree is in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development from Judson College in Elgin, Illinois. She started teaching Autistic children in college. She recently finished Concordia University On-Line Teachers Colloquy Program, which enables her to be a Called Commissioned Minister of Religion and a Rostered Teacher in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Karla began as Director in May 2002, and has have been so thankful each year to serve at Fairlawn Lutheran Church & Preschool.
		Tim Koehler tim.koehler@fairlawnlutheran.org Director of Christian Life Formation Tim Koehler is a 2000 graduate of Concordia University Seward NE. Previously he served Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Lee's Summit MO. Tim was born in Omaha NE and was glad to move to Big 10 country with the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He enjoys college football, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities. He is married to Heidi and they have three children, daughter Avery, and sons Landon and Kaden.

		Gary Pinter gary.pinter@fairlawnlutheran.org Organist & Choir Director Gary came to FLC as Organist in 1967 and has served almost continuously with the exception of a couple of years. His music ministry broadened in scope with development of our Parish Arts Concert Series (begun in 1999). He has been serving as both Organist and Choir Director since 2002. Gary's college training includes degrees from Wittenberg University (1965), the University of Washington (1970), and the University of Akron (2000).

		Kim Hornyak kim.hornyak@fairlawnlutheran.org Office Administrator Kim has a Bachelor of Arts from Ursuline College and has 5 years experience as a Lutheran School Administrative Assistant and over 15 years experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales. Kim, her husband Ed, and their three wonderful children Jordyn, Griffin and MacKenna reside in Medina. Kim and her family have been members of FLCS for the past three years and feel blessed to be a part of the congregation.
