CONGREGATIONAL VISION STATEMENT

Fairlawn Lutheran Church's vision is to fulfill God's purposes as our leadership empowers our members to identify and meet the needs of people in our congregation and community. Individual members reach out and share the Gospel, resulting in many coming to know God, growing in faith, and serving His kingdom. Our multi-sensory worship and frequent fellowship experiences connect people of every age to God and one another. Our use of technology increases our leadership and ministry capabilities, advancing our purpose and vision. We nurture lay and staff leaders to equip the body of Christ. We are strong financially, with solid stewardship practices. Plans for facility expansion and expanded Christian education are underway. The light of Christ shines through us, transforming the lives of people.
