Join Our Team: Communications Director

The Communications Director (part-time, up to 19 hours per week) at Fairlawn Lutheran Church and School is responsible for planning, creating, and sharing communications that support the church and school’s ministries, programs, and events. This role ensures clear, consistent messaging across all platforms—managing everything from weekly worship materials and announcements to website updates, social media, and print communications—while maintaining a strong and cohesive brand. Working closely with staff and ministry teams, the Communications Director helps promote engagement within the congregation, school families, and the broader community through thoughtful, well-executed communication.
